The series focuses on three well-mannered teenage brothers whose defining trait is their profound affection for their widowed father, with Cappa voicing for all four key characters. Network Praise Accompanying the news praise from Adult Swim president Michael Ouweleen, who called the series as "radically heartfelt and strangely uncanny." He linked this trend to various cultural shifts. “It feels like there's a default mode of irony that we are trapped in,” noted Cappa. “The attitude is that we have to know we’re the smartest person in the room when we're watching stuff. I feel like we've been doing this for 10 years, and we need to laugh at something different now.
